Shipping, Delivery and Click and Collect
What are your Shipping and Delivery Costs?
Postage is FREE for all Australian deliveries over $150 and delivery is charged at a flat rate of $10 for all deliveries of products valued at $149.99 or under. Express shipping is available for $35. All items will be delivered via either Australia Post or our courier (delivery times vary depending on location). This service includes tracking. All items (once confirmed as in stock) are usually shipped within 2-3 days (delays of up to 5 business days are presently being experienced). Please note that even with express shipping option there may still be delays. Items needing a special order may take weeks to be shipped so please contact us prior to ordering. Please note that some regional areas may experience longer shipping times. For shipping and delivery estimates please contact us.

What are your delivery times?
PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY - PLEASE READ ON FOR INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING DELAYS. Please contact us prior to ordering for stock availability. Please be aware that even if you select express shipping there may still be some delays. Processing times for in stock orders is usually between 1-5 business days. We usually ship items within 3-7 business days of receiving your order and you will usually receive your goods within 5-10 business days. Note that shipping times to some regional and rural areas are longer, please contact us for more information. Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, at this stage we only deliver within Australia
Can I pick up my items?
Yes! If you live locally and would like to pick up your items please contact us via phone or email prior to purchasing to discuss. Items are only available for pick up at our Safety Beach workshop / office from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm by appointment only. Should you require pick up outside of these times, or would like to pick up your item from our workshop please contact the office on 0477 877 887 to discuss your requirements.
When will my item be ready for pick up?
We are currently experiencing delays in receiving stock and some items are unable to be shipped / picked up for a number of weeks. Before you come to pick up your order please wait for email confirmation from us that your items have arrived. Pick up is usually available 3-7 business days (however there can be delays of up to 30 business days) after you place your order. Items are only available for pick up at our Safety Beach Workshop / office from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm by appointment only. Can I get my item urgently?

Product Information
Do you have a showroom?
Not all products are available for inspection. Please call us on 0477 877 887 to make a time for one of staff members to come and see you or meet with you on your vessel or at our workshop to discuss products that would be most suited to your vessel.
I can't find the product I need. Can you source it?
If there is a marine product that you have seen, but you can't find it on our website, please contact us directly with the details and we try to source it for you.
We also stock a wide range of spare parts and can source items from any of our dealer brands.
Can you install my Marine products?
Yes! You can either bring your vessel to our workshop in Safety Beach or we can come to you at any marina in metropolitan Melbourne or Victoria. For more information please contact us.
Terms and Conditions
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
Please choose carefully as Coastline Marine does not allow for the return of a product for change-of-mind and will only return a product in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Should you need more information about a product please feel free to contact us prior to your purchase and we can provide you with advice. Please review our terms and conditions prior to purchasing, which can be found by the links at the bottom of each page of this website.
